1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To maintain a reliable schedule for our professional teams and our clients, we enforce the following:
Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (typically 50% of the service cost) to compensate for the reserved time slot.

Valuables: We recommend that highly sentimental or high-value items (jewelry, small antiques) be secured prior to our arrival.
4. Service Scope & Safety
Biohazards: For the safety of our staff, we do not clean animal waste, mold, or biohazardous materials.
Heavy Lifting: Our teams are restricted from moving furniture weighing over 35 lbs to prevent injury and floor damage.
